Cucina Mutuality and Campari invite cocktail and Italy lovers on March 30 and April 6, 13 and 21, 2023 for unexpected pairings!

For the occasion, Campari mixologists have developed three new recipes for Cucina:

  • the Negroni revisited by Alain Ducasse X Campari
  • the Campari Grapefruit Spritz
  • the Cucina Crodino

The Negroni being one of the favorite cocktails of Chef Alain Ducasse, an exclusive pairing has even been imagined by Chef Alessandro Lucassino, the Executive Chef Sommelier of Ducasse Paris Gérard Margeon as well as the Campari Bitter Ambassadeur France Romain Chassang, for a real taste discovery!

Indeed, the Negroni revisited by Alain Ducasse x Campari – whose secret is to replace vermouth by Italian white wine – goes perfectly with the dish created for the occasion by Chef Alessandro Lucassino: the “Tuna Camillo, beet, radish, leaf condiment and horseradish“.
