Chef Alessandro Lucassino draws his inspiration from all the regions of Italy: from the Venetian cicchetti, a kind of traditional appetizer in the Venetian bàcari where people like to have an aperitif, to the fregole of Sardinia, passing through Romagna, Calabria and of course Tuscany, his native land. He reworks all these references, reinterprets them, transforms them. He gives them more lightness and finesse. And then, depending on the season, he imagines original recipes that wonderfully express the spirit of this cheerful and energetic Italian cuisine that we love so much.

The wine list showcases around ten absolutely exceptional bottles, including, for example, the Barbaresco from Angelo Gaja, the Bolgheri Sassicaia from Tenuta San Guido and the Valpolicella from the Dal Forno estate. Many other wines will delight connoisseurs, representative of all regions of Italy, from Trentino to Sicily via Tuscany and Campania. Including the Biferno Rosso Ramitello from Molise, one of the smallest Italian provinces, dear to the heart of Gianni Guatieri who hails from there.
