The menu

Chef Niran de Blasio skilfully blends regional traditions from Sicily, Veneto, Tuscany and beyond. He revisits classics such as Spaghetti oglio, olio e peperoncino, Orecchia di elefante or Vitello tonato, bringing them subtlety and lightness. He draws his inspiration from the cuisine of his childhood as well as from the peasant dishes to which he gives a new flavour. And then, depending on the season, he imagines original recipes that wonderfully express the spirit of this cheerful and energetic Italian cuisine that we love so much.

This menu is proposed for lunch from Monday to Friday. It changes frequently but always consists of an antipasti, a dish of the day and a coffee accompanied by sweets. A delicious option for a veloce ma italiano vero lunch.

A true panorama of Italian terroirs

The wine list showcases around ten absolutely exceptional bottles, including, for example, the Barbaresco from Angelo Gaja, the Bolgheri Sassicaia from Tenuta San Guido and the Valpolicella from the Dal Forno estate. Many other wines will delight connoisseurs, representative of all regions of Italy, from Trentino to Sicily via Tuscany and Campania. Including the Biferno Rosso Ramitello from Molise, one of the smallest Italian provinces, dear to the heart of Gianni Guatieri who hails from there.

And to put you in the Italian atmosphere right from the aperitivo, let yourself be tempted by a cocktail, a vermouth or a bitter. La vita è bella !
