In the kitchen, chef Alessandro Lucassino has created a recipe to match this cocktail: Spider crab, tomato, tarragon and sea urchin coral, Campari vinaigrette.
A recipe with notes of Campari and orange blossom, for a perfect harmony between the flavors of the dish and the cocktail.
